myCBSEguide.com is receiving hundreds of email daily regarding confusion over the correct syllabus of CBSE class-10 Social Science for the academic year 2014-15. The confusion was created just because of a typing error in CBSE Curriculum Document for the session 2013-15 that was applicable to class-9 in 2013-14 and to class-10 in 2014-15. CBSE has officially clarified that it was just a typing error and the same has been corrected in the latest curriculum document.
What is the error and what is correct syllabus:

Recently there have been newspaper articles regarding change in CBSE syllabuses. Earlier also I have enquired your website regarding change in Class X History Syllabus. Our school states that really there is a change of syllabus and in teaching us Sub Unit- 1.1 instead of Sub Unit-1.2/1.3. However, according to your website there is no change and Sub Unit-1.2/1.3 should be taught in History for the 1st Term. So I request you to clarify this doubt of thousands of class X students through your website.
